Framus Amateur 5/1 "Nashville series" (1975)
Parlor size guitar built in Germany in 1970. Has adjustable truss rod.
Solid spruce top, solid maple sides, and laminated maple and mahogany back. The fingerboard is rosewood and has a 62.5 cm scale length.
This guitar belongs to the Nashville series that Framus built in the mid-1970s. They were outstanding guitars due to the high quality of materials and construction, and were the brand's response to the decline in quality that occurred since the early 70s. trying to regain lost prestige.
The back is arched without reinforcements, with a flared and special sound.The original sunburst varnish is in pretty good condition, and has no cracks or major repairs. There is a scratch on the bottom, where some of the paint has come off, but the guitar is firm and solid, it is just a deterioration. aesthetic.
The instrument is fully functional, the fingerboard has been reconditioned and is comfortable to play.
Checked and adjusted, tuning well and comfortable to play! Strung with 011/47, bronze.
