Ibanez "Vintage" 691-12 (1979) MIJ
At the end of the 70s and until the early 80s Ibanez manufactured these magnificent guitars in Japan.
The guitar is in very good general condition, with practically no traces of use, and completely revised and adjusted for proper functioning.
It sounds very good and is comfortable to play, it is the closest thing to the Guild guitars that I have tried, with a full, deep and sustained sound. Even in terms of weight and feel, the general feeling is that of having a guitar of the highest quality in your hands.
It has a magnetic pickup installed in the soundhole, which has tone and volume sliders. The jack is on the strap pin, at the end of the body.
Spruce top, rosewood back and sides, rosewood fingerboard and bridge as well.
The construction quality is very high, with great accuracy in the details and joints.
65 cm scale. It has cross-shaped lid reinforcements (X braced).
Strung with 0.10 bronze strings
