German Romantic Lute (1930)
In the 1920s, guitars with metal tailpieces and adjustable bridges were very popular. This lute was handcrafted in Germany with solid wood and an adjustable bridge.
It's 100% solid wood. Spruce top, one-piece maple back and sides, rosewood fingerboard with nickel silver frets, and a floating metal bridge adjustable in height and tuning.
These instruments are carefully crafted in detail and with carefully selected materials, with the added benefit of adjustable bridge height and tuning. They are played and tuned just like any other guitar.
